SAP FICO Consultant - E2E Implementation (6-9 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO, including Asset Accounting, Leasing, and Project Systems, with experience in both end-to-end implementations and support projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations, from business blueprinting and requirements gathering to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

- Provide ongoing support for existing SAP FICO implementations, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancement's

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS), and Product Costing (CO PC).

- Manage the full asset accounting lifecycle, from acquisition to retirement, including month-end and year end activities.

- Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Contract Accounts and Lease Accounting.

- Configure and support Project Systems functionality, including project planning, budgeting, and execution.

- Independently write functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.

- Ensure seamless integration between CO and other modules, such as SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).

- Configure and utilize reporting tools such as Report Painter and SAP Queries.

- Experience with WRICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) development and execution.

- Experience with interfaces using IDOCs, ALE, Proxies, EDI, and RFCs.

Must-Have Skills :

- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA CO application functionality, design, and implementation.

- Proven S/4HANA implementation and support experience in SAP CO, including CCA, PCA, IO, PS, and CO-PC.

- Strong skills in user support, troubleshooting, and error resolution.

- Extensive experience with WRICEF development and execution.

- Hands-on experience with interfaces using IDOCs, ALE, Proxies, EDI, and RFCs.

- Strong business understanding and ability to suggest SAP solutions for various business scenarios.

- Ability to resolve complex issues and independently manage critical situations.
