What You ll Do:

Quark is seeking a dynamic UI/UX Specialist to enhance the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our enterprise software products which help organizations automate the production of their highly regulated or complex documentation, so they can approve and publish it faster, and stay compliant. You will work closely with product managers, marketing, engineering, and customers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences tailored for diverse personas contributing to structured content component management lifecycle.

This position requiring excellent communication skills, creative thinking, strong follow-up abilities, and good problem-solving and analytical skills. You will strive to deliver product that elevates user experiences. This is a full-time position based out of our India office.

Develop user journeys targeted for different personas based on user research, interviews, and usability testing.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mock-ups using Adobe XD, Figma or similar tools.

Define and implement UX guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

Iterate on designs based on usability metrics, customer feedback, and industry best practices.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to translate functional and workflow requirements into user-centred designs.

Ensure accessibility (WCAG) compliance and responsive design in the product implementation.

Conduct A/B testing and heuristic evaluations to validate designs.

Stay updated on enterprise UX trends and emerging content management technologies.

Leverage AI-Assisted Wireframing Predictive UX

Work closely with Product Owner and Documentation Specialist to ensure cohesive collaboration and successful delivery of product.

What we re looking for:

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS or content management platforms.

Experience in Adobe XD, Figma or similar design tools.

Expertise in user experience (UX) principles and a record of improving the user journey.

Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.

Experience with accessibility and compliance standards (WCAG, Section 508).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Good presentation demo skills to present UI/ UX updates to stakeholders.

Proficiency in agile methodologies.

Creative thinker with a high attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Experience with AI-Assisted Wireframing and conversational interfaces is a plus.

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints is a plus.

Experience with Content Component Management System and AI is a plus.
