IT Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Person should have expertise Talent Acquisition, HR operations and Facilities/Administration . Below will be key responsibilities for this job role FYR:

Talent Acquisition

Sources candidate using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, Online searches, Internet postings and users / technical groups.

Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source for candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

Admin & Housekeeping:

Maintaining the stationary & billing

Vendor Management

Assistance in Traveldesk management

Other task

MIS Management, HRMS management

Education & Knowledge

• (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialisation) AND (PG- Post Graduate Specialization in Human Resource Management
• The candidate should have 3-6 years of work experience into IT Recruitment & HR Operations profile in IT industry .
• Understands IT/ITES culture
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• Good business interfacing skills
• Energetic and self-driven individual
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgements.
