We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director who can help in working with multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Chairman & Provide high-level administrative support and assistance.
Maintain the Chairman s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and public. This includes receiving and screening the Chairman s mails and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution.
Determine priority of matters of attention for the Chairman, redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Manage calendars and set up meetings & Follow up with vendors.
Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports,
Schedule meetings on behalf of Chairman, taking notes and recording minutes.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments as needed.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of internet, MS Office, Email
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Experience
4 Years to 6 Years
Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
