Senior Sales Systems Analyst

The role:

Our Consumer Consulting team works with FMCG/CPG suppliers in Australia, New Zealand, U.K. and the U.S to help them understand their products at an unparalleled level by performing an in-depth analysis of category, brand and product performance through our world-class insights tools including Q.Checkout.

As we continue to sign up suppliers to Q.Checkout subscriptions and providing consulting services globally, we are looking for a senior sales systems analyst to run a service desk and create a seamless process from contract to invoice generation and payment using Kantata, Salesforce, D365 and PowerBI for our global contracts.

This is a permanent full-time role, based out of our office in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance of sales record-keeping: Ensure that sales contract data is up-to-date, complete and accurate in D365, Kantata and PowerBI.
• Reporting: Develop and deliver timely opportunity pipeline, campaign, operational, utilization, profitability and performance reporting, using CRM tools such as HubSpot & PowerBI, at times combined with other sources of data and tools
• Important bridge between Finance, Consulting and Leadership: On the front foot with communication, making sure that stakeholders are kept informed and finding ways to lighten their load’.
• Systems Guru / continuous improvement: Enjoy mastering Contracting/Sales/Finance systems and learning new ones. Develop a strong understanding of data flows between systems. Supporting the team lead to develop more efficient processes and technical solutions.
• Provide strategic support to the team lead for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Running standard monthly and weekly processes including sales reporting, invoicing, CPI contract calculations.
• Proactive and reactive communication and responses to service desk queries globally on invoicing, contracts, deal set-ups, time sheeting within SLA timelines.
• Best practice development of sales operations processes and delivery of change management including embedding these processes in the global consulting team.

About you:

• 5- 10 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating with the business.
• Attention to detail, process development.
• Experience running service desks and communicating with global stakeholders over email and resolving issues quickly.
• Understanding of commercial principles and experience with regular financial processes (invoicing and contracting).
• Experience developing new processes and process improvement.
• Enjoy being part of a collaborative & supportive team environment.
• Clear thinker and communicator.
• Enjoy mastering ERP/Finance/CRM systems and learning new ones
• Motivated, self-starter.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and regularly changing environment.
• High attention to detail, but also able to work effectively at pace.
• Proficient with MS Suite of products, especially Excel.
• Experience with Finance, ERP & CRM systems/processes, and ideally market leading tools such as D365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Kantata, Elmo.
