Job Description
Key Deliverable:
- Maintaining and upgrading ManageBac system as required.
- Troubleshooting technical issues with Mobile App / ManageBac and OpenApply.
- Risk mitigation planning.
- Collaborating with Program Manager, Head of Education Technology and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
- Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation.
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with Senior Manager - IT and Assistant IT Program Manager for review and approval.
- Ensuring OIS Mobile App smooth functioning and providing complete support to Parents and other users for any issues.
- Conduct various tests and studies on how to integrate OA / MB with Mobile App and come out with a solid plan to implement it.
- Work towards implementing new features in App with Asst.IT Program Manager.
- Creating and releasing user manuals and help manuals of applications to end users.
- Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.
- Understanding software development lifecycle.
- Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration.
- Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
- Supporting users on change control and system updates.
- Ensuring that all the modules available in any hosted or on premises applications are exclusively used like MB, OA, App etc.
- Working towards enhancing the current and developing new Google Forms for IT and other departments on their approved request.
- Provide complete support for ManageBac, OpenApply and OIS Mobile App to parents and staffs for OGC and whenever required for JVLR.
- Troubleshooting of Apple devices.
- Pushing apps and basic troubleshooting (ASM - MDM) Zulu desk.
- Handle LMS queries of staff.
- Troubleshooting on Printer and network.
