Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with Senior Manager - IT and Assistant IT Program Manager for review and approval.
Ensuring OIS Mobile App smooth functioning and providing complete support to Parents and other users for any issues.
Conduct various tests and studies on how to integrate OA / MB with Mobile App and come out with a solid plan to implement it.
Work towards implementing new features in App with Asst.IT Program Manager.
Creating and releasing user manuals and help manuals of applications to end users.
Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.
Understanding software development lifecycle.
Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration.
Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
Supporting users on change control and system updates.
Ensuring that all the modules available in any hosted or on premises applications are exclusively used like MB, OA, App etc.
Working towards enhancing the current and developing new Google Forms for IT and other departments on their approved request.
Provide complete support for ManageBac, OpenApply and OIS Mobile App to parents and staffs for OGC and whenever required for JVLR.
Troubleshooting of Apple devices.
Pushing apps and basic troubleshooting (ASM - MDM) Zulu desk.
Handle LMS queries of staff.
Troubleshooting on Printer and network.
