Project Manager / Business Analyst (10-12 Yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
  
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and industry best practices.
  
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.
  

  
  
  Requirements

  Required Skills & Qualifications:
  

  • Bachelor/Masterdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    
  • 8-12 years of experience in IT project management.
    
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
    
  • Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
    
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.

    • Experience in managing projects related to web and mobile application development.
      
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices.
