TECHNICAL SKILLS

Automation Tools and Platforms

Microsoft System Center Orchestrator - Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing workflows using MSO or similar orchestration tools.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism for automating repetitive tasks. (Any One )
Workflow Automation Tools- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Flow), Zapier, or similar platforms for automating business processes.

Programming Languages:

Python : Strong scripting and automation capabilities in Python for tasks such as data manipulation, API integration, and automation script development.
PowerShell : Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts for automation tasks, system administration, and task scheduling in Windows environments.

EXPERIENCE

2-3 years or more of relevant experience in automation, IT, or related fields
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions across different technologies and platforms (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, scripting languages)
Strong analytical skills to understand complex automation requirements and design effective solutions.
Experience in manage a team of engineers with experience in performance management and people management skills
