The ideal candidate will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging potential candidates to conducting interviews and assessing qualifications.

MBA-HR/ Experienced in relevant field
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including JD preparation, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and technical communities.
Work closely with department heads to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Recommend improvements to optimize recruitment processes.
Skills Required
2?5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in cybersecurity or software development domains.
Expertise in using job boards, and social media for recruitment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with internship hiring for IT roles.
