Test Manager

1) Must Have - Years of experience - 12+ years of experience with majority in BFSI 2) Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery 3) Key Driver of the Test improvement Initiatives 4) Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas 5) Interaction with Client team on Project Risks Concerns and resolution of issues 6) Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager. 7) Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes. 8) Consolidate and report metrics for project activities. 9) Knowledge Management on the project 10) Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing 11) Assign tasks to the team members manage workload efficiently 12) Tracking project milestones and deliverables 13) Managing the offshore team and monitor the work 14) Providing the inputs / clarifications to offshore team 15) Keeping track of new requirements from the project 16) Daily Defect discussions 17) Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines 18) Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals 19) Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation 20) Report upon testing activities, including testing results, to build test suite, write test cases coverage, defects 21) Ensure adherence to test Processes 22) Coordinate with various team in Client for UAT
