Job Description
Must Have Skills:-
- Desktop/Laptop/Thin client troubleshooting for Windows and Linux OS.
- MS Outlook/Outlook Express/Thunderbird or any other email client support.
- Good understanding of Basic network support and troubleshooting.
- Aware of basic corporate infrastructure concepts like AD, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, RDP, AV, VM (Citrix/VMware/Nutanix/Citrix), MDM, Backup, VLAN, VPN, Proxy, FTP, File server, Firewall, Router, switch, DLP, Printer, Projector etc.
- Manage TAT and escalate ticket in time.
- Maintain the productivity and compete in team.
- Take ownership of task parallel and handle with accountability.
- Well equipped with hardware related calls for (Desktop/Laptop/Thin client)
- Other OS related troubleshooting, AD related troubleshooting etc.
