Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- 15-20 years of Rich Experience in Service Delivery for testing project including presentations, effort estimation module, commercial terms n conditions, technical solutions, engagement model
- Client Handling: Interaction with customer for new projects, leads, proposals, SOW (Scope of work), cross-sell, project reviews, escalation handling (defining governance model)
- Multi-geographies - India, ME, FE
- Managing multiple projects in Digital and Enterprise Applications Space in BFS Segment - Delivery of Projects - 25 projects in parallel (including automation, functional, small to large size large project)
- Team Size handled - 35+ members
- Drive automation-first strategy and convert the KAM accounts into automation led outcome.
- Convert the BAU engagement into outcome led multi-year Outcome based and BVR Led deals.
- Create Integrated Program Level Executive reporting and present to Key stakeholders including CxO.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environment and deliver (e. : project with come with variety may not come with various domain in BFS, data migration testing, middle ware testing
- Experience of working in Agile methodology and agile project life cycle
- Identifying risks and guiding team (even in projects where your expertise is lacking)
- Test assessment for traditional and agile methodologies for clients
Team Handling:
- Customer teams to handle: Business, Operations, IT, Re-engineering (BTG - Business tech group)
- QK Internal Team to handle: Service Delivery Team, Project Managers, Test Leads, Seasoned Bankers, Business Dev Team, Product, Tech, RMG, HR, Sr. Mgmt. , Infra
- Creating and implementing testing standards across
- Knowledge Management: People Process Tools - BFS (Banking, NBFC, Depositories, Mutual Funds, Securities)
- Banking - Retail, Rural, Corporate, SME,
- Type of banks: Universal Banks, Payment banks, Small Finance Banks.
- Service Lines: Functional testing, Automation (Traditional and Robotic Test Automation), API Automation, DevOps-CT
- P&L responsibility
- Handling Proof of Concepts (POC) and POV (value) including creating of business case
- Team coaching and mentoring.
- Leading Banking Domain & Process CoEs.
