Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy and Planning :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, including test planning, test case design, and test execution.

Automation Framework :

- Design, implement, and maintain robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.

Test Execution :

- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Defect Tracking :

- Efficiently track, prioritize, and report defects using bug tracking tools.

Root Cause Analysis :

- Investigate and analyze software defects to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

Mentorship :

- Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry

trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in software testing methodologies and techniques
