Position Statement:

- As a Delivery Manager for Testing, specialized in automotive industry working with ECUs and simulators, you will be responsible for leading a team of testers and ensuring the quality and reliability of software products across various components and embedded systems.

- Your role involves managing testing activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of best practices in embedded software testing.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:.

- Supervise the testing of software on embedded systems, including hardware and firmware, to ensure seamless integration and performance.

- Verify compatibility and functionality of software on various embedded devices.

- Experienced in automotive Telematics control testing and good analytics skill.

- Mentor and coach, the team on testing various components in the vehicle like Infotainment system, Connected Car applications and flow of data between various ECUs within the vehicle.

- Provide expertise in testing on simulators and emulators to replicate real-world scenarios and validate software behavior.

- Ensure proper functionality and accuracy of CANalyzer tools for data capture and analysis.

- Project Management Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control of the Project, Review of Test Cases, and scenarios, Planning for the team Work Allocation.

- Stakeholder management Interactions with customer and their partners requirements, defects, clarifications, etc.

- Managing agile and waterfall projects.

- Project Execution and Delivery.

- Plan Automation strategy on the project to ensure higher ROI with increase in Speed and Reusability.

- Supporting Test Manager/ PM in Risk identification and management.

- Upskilling team members on technical front to take up multiple roles within the project and contributing to the success of the project.

Required Experience:.

- 15+ years of experience in IT Industry, preferably worked in Automobile sector.

- 10+ years of proven capabilities in managing leadership levels in Software Quality Assurance/Testing domain.

- Experience in software testing, with expertise in HIL testing of various ECUs using simulators and embedded testing will be an added advantage.

- Deep knowledge of using Test Bench to validate various scenarios in the bench testing.

- Good knowledge of Infotainment system and other technologies used in the Infotainment architecture.

- Experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects.

- Knowledge of Automation testing and other tools & technologies.

Professional Qualification:.

- Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications.

- Should have scored a minimum of 60% of marks throughout all academic levels.
