Key skills for the job
Specific skill sets Subject Matter Expert in defining Loyalty program solution. Working knowledge of Loyalty operation process - earning process, burning process, cashback, referral, reconciliation, fund provisioning, GL accounting etc. Managed loyalty related projects. Complete understanding end to end transaction processing of Debit Cards and Payment that can result in earing of loyalty points, reversal of the point, dispute adjustment and redemption. Awareness of latest digital technology and understanding of working of web services or API based messages. Have hands on experience of Documentation, Test Case Preparation, User Acceptance Testing and ability of leading testing teams for testing scope, test case execution, review of logs etc. JOB SUMMARY Individual contributor role Project management, Business Analysis and Testing for loyalty project End to End project management from analysis of business requirement, documentation of requirement, solution evaluation keeping in view effort estimation versus business justification, quality analysis of the solution through testing, process documentation and risk analysis and implementation / rollout planning and execution including end user training / communication Writing Business Requirement Documents, Standard Operating Procedures, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution
