Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and Execute Test Plans Develop comprehensive performance test plans and execute them to validate system performance
Analyze Test Results Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Collaborate with Teams Work closely with development QA and other teams to address performance issues and implement solutions
Monitor System Performance Continuously monitor system performance to ensure it meets the required standards
Optimize Performance Suggest and implement performance optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency
Report Findings Prepare detailed performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholders
Qualifications
Experience Minimum of 68 years of experience in performance testing and software quality assurance
Technical Skills Proficiency in performance testing tools eg JMeter BlazeMeter scripting languages and knowledge of software development life cycle

There is nothing to like working at LTIMINDTREE. I never suggest anyone to join at LTIMINDTREE. No work life balance and there is no chance to developing our skills . the job security was also not good and main there is no any salary benifits and worst appraisal and promotion system at LTIMINDTREE.
