Quality Analyst

Hi All,

We are hiring for QA profile for Jaipur Location

5 days working night shift

Cab facility available

6-month training from office

At least 1 year of experience required in BPO

Salary 3 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to process standards and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Perform call audits, monitoring, and calibration to maintain high-quality customer support services.
  
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems) to measure performance metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, etc.
  
• Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions based on audit findings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  
• Develop reports summarizing audit results and recommendations for process enhancements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Quality Analysis principles, including Call Quality Assurance processes.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using tools like Call Audit software applications.
