Senior Automation Engineer - BBR

1. Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering/Information Technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience.

2. 8+ years of QA experience in Software Quality Assurance.

3. Expertise in closely working with software devs and solution architects to understand the tech stack, design and accordingly prepare Testing approach, strategy and define the Testing road map of backend systems/services, web and mobile applications.

4. Experience with a variety of test management, defect tracking tools and software testing practices, including developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing manual/automated testing systems and environments.

5. Experience in Reviewing, mentoring, and guiding other QA engineers on QA process and to produce reliable and high-quality code in automation.

6. Good to have automation experience for Rest based web services using Java (testng, maven, httpclient, Rest Assured), UI using selenium web driver and Mobile applications through Appium or any other similar frameworks.

7. Must have knowledge on Test management tools like Jira/ALM QC/Test Rail

8. Must have knowledge on API Testing tools SOAP UI/Postman

9. Knowledge of SQL, experience with SQL Server added advantage

10. Good to have experience in architecting test automation frameworks and establishing CI/ CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins

11. Ability to propose solutions & should be able to grasp new concepts quickly.

12. Excellent at communicating to stakeholders in formal and informal settings to report on test progress, metrics, issues, and risks.
