- Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive Quadrant's brand visibility and support business growth goals.
- Identify and define target audiences, tailoring campaigns to resonate with specific customer segments.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure resources are optimized and objectives are met.
- Strengthen Quadrant's brand presence by maintaining consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor actions to spot new opportunities and adjust strategies proactively.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to boost online engagement and lead generation.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and campaigns that increase brand exposure and engage our audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall company initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships.
- Plan and execute campaigns and events.
- Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events.
- Create online and offline marketing content.
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
Qualifications:
- 3 years+ of marketing experience.
- Degree in Marketing or a related field of study.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience in brand management and digital marketing.
- B2B experience, CRM knowledge, familiarity with agile marketing.
