HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities

• Handling recruitment with ability to manage multiple requirements at a time.
• posting jobs on social media and portals.
• Working on various clients vacancies.
• Conducting Initial screening to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics, professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before processing.
• Conducting Interviews of selected candidates.
• Submitting resumes of candidates to the client/manager.
• Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them.
• Attending daily review & coordination meeting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors / masters degree in human resources.
• 1-4 years of experience as an HR IT Recruiter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals with candidates.
• Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
