Role & responsibilities
- Negotiate, prepare, revise and terminate commercial contracts.
- Provide antitrust legal counsel on business matters
- Facilitate settlement of customer pre-suit litigation claims; manage matters in IP and other litigation
- Provide legal counsel on product issues, business models and strategies.
- Provide legal counsel in connection with the establishment and management of joint ventures and other commercial relationships
Preferred candidate profile " CS + LLB with working experience of a reputable law firm and/or as an in-house counsel of multinational company.
