Job Description

The Executive/ Senior Executive Human Resources will play a critical role in supporting the HR

Manager in the end-to-end management of key HR functions, including recruitment and

onboarding, training and development, employee engagement, performance management, and

probation confirmation processes. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation,

execution, and monitoring of these HR processes to ensure smooth operations across the

employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Sourcing talent acquisition strategies, including screening, shortlisting, and interview

coordination.

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Design and execute induction programs to align new employees with the organization's

values and culture.

2. Employee Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan and execute engagement activities, such as team-building events, surveys, and

recognition programs.

  • Support the HR Manager in cultural transformation initiatives and Diversity & Inclusion

programs.

3. Performance Management • Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. • Monitor and follow up on performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees. • Support in the implementation of competency frameworks and succession planning. 4. Probation and Confirmation Process • Manage the probation review process, coordinating with reporting managers to ensure timely feedback and recommendations. • Prepare confirmation letters and track probation completion timelines. 5. HR Compliances • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies. • Ensure policy compliance across departments and locations, addressing any gaps or deviations. 6. Reporting • Prepare and present Recruitment, Hiring Onboarding and other HR reports. • Provide monthly HR dashboards to leadership with insights on recruitment, performance, and engagement trends. • Stakeholder Management.

Collaborations: With Internal Stakeholder and staff.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree + MBA in HR with at least 55% of the marks as per UGC Norms.
  • 5 plus of experience in Human Resource, preferable from Higher education.
  • Excellent Drafting and communication skills, fluency in English language preferred

Internal: School/Faculty Academic, Staff

External: Government Agencies, Vendors
