Head HR (India) - BPO/BPS | VP

We are currently hiring for our client, a Healthcare business process services/outsourcing company. It's a 20-year-old organization headquartered in the US. Led by a Private Equity firm, they aim to grow 5X in 5 years driven by multiple tuck in acquisitions.

Position : Head HR (India) - BPM/BPO/BPS | VP - Reporting to CHRO

Location: Mumbai or Chennai (on-site/hybrid)

Shift Timings: 1 pm to 10 pm

Role & Responsibilities:

The position will manage the India HR team and will partner closely with the global HR centers of excellence on programs and processes. Responsible for recruitment, learning & development and engagement. In addition, this role will play a critical role in developing the short- and long-term HR strategy to ensure the HR organization is equipped to support a growing organization. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and is both a strategic and hands-on leader. This role is expected to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions through project implementation enhancing the HR functions effectiveness. This role will work closely with Operations leaders, support functions and global business partners.

Required Experience:

• Human Resource Business Partner experience, a blend of HR experience including Recruiting and L&D.
• Advanced knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Experience in Business Process Services/Outsourcing industry, preferably in Healthcare domain.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills with proven ability to advise a fast-paced growing company
• Experience working within a portfolio company for a private equity owner is a strong plus.
• Experience in M&A transactions is another element and skillset desirable for this role.
• Get it done, action-orientated, lead from the front attitude, with a sense of urgency and willingness to roll-up sleeves.
