Network /System Administrator (IT Support)

IT responsibilities focused on networking, security, and infrastructure management. Trouble shooting, Networking Skill, Firewall Configuration, Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing, SPAM, etc.), maintain IT Infrastructure.
Configure and setup Cisco, FortiGate Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and Security appliances for access to vital business applications
Key tasks include troubleshooting and configuring various systems, such as Cisco and Fortigate firewalls, VPN concentrators, and security appliances to ensure secure access to vital business applications.
The role requires expertise in setting up and managing complex LAN switching environments, along with configuring and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
Additionally, responsibilities extend to operating system installations, and hardware and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in managing Windows servers, Active Directory (AD), and shared folders is essential, including user management within AD.
The role also involves managing Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace, handling tasks such as user creation, policy management, and email ID setup.
Designing and implementing LAN/WAN, Voice/Video, and security solutions, along with managing office IT equipment like printers, scanners, CCTV, and video conferencing systems.
Providing technical support to branch offices, both on-site and remotely through tools like TeamViewer and Any Desk.
