Network Administration

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and supporting our network infrastructure. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching, managing firewalls (Fortinet, and Cisco), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and wireless networking. A CCNA certification is mandatory, along with a deep understanding of network security and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain Cisco L2/L3 switches.
• Manage and support firewall solutions, including Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco firewalls.
• Implement and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions.
• Oversee and maintain wireless network infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement network solutions that
align with organizational goals.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security breaches and network incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on network performance and security status.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their networking needs and provide solutions.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in any stream with excellent communication skills

Experience:

• Minimum of 6-10 years of hands-on experience in network administration.
• Extensive experience with Cisco routing and switching.
• Proven experience managing Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco firewalls.
• Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementation and management.
• Strong knowledge of wireless networking technologies.
