Student Engagement Associate

As a Student Engagement Associate, this is what youll be doing:

• To execute the lead qualification activities for QSA via Calls, Email and other Channels supported by usage of CRM.
• To aid conversion from lead to application by identifying high potential leads.
• To contribute to continuous improvement of processes within scope of responsibility.

Role responsibilities:

Performance:

• Responsible for qualifying assigned leads through CRM as per agreed process and protocol.
• Liaise with designated colleagues and ensure appropriate handover of leads.
• Ensure call and email protocols are adhered throughout the lead qualification process.
• Lead Management through use of CRM.
• Continuously drive to reduce waste in the processes, by analysing (speaking with) data and recommending improvements to relevant colleagues.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Call/email leads for different regions.
• Verification and matching:

- Program of interest and Qualifying criterion (Bachelors, GMAT etc.)

- Explain financial commitment.

- Explain credits, scholarships etc.

- Nurture and counsel lead to next stage of the process.

- Any other such verification required as part of the project scope.

• Follow up with candidates in a timely manner and handle exceptions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
• Ensure QA processes and protocols are followed while qualifying leads and updating the CRM.

Key skills and experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Fresher or experienced with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure - with a high sense of urgency.
• Detail oriented - ability to perform processes as per pre-defined design.
• With strong Service Mindset.
• Team player.
• Open to Flexible Work-Shift Arrangements (whether for Morning, Afternoon or Late evening Shifts).
