Job Title : Delivery Manager - SAP Implementations

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Location : Based in India with 80% travel to Dubai.

Job Summary :

As a Delivery Manager for SAP implementations, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to deployment.

Your role involves managing project scope, cost, and deliverables, while fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

- Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

- Coordinate and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards, maintaining high-quality deliverables.

- Plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal team utilization and project efficiency.

- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and financial accountability.

- Provide training and support to project teams and end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP solutions.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing project processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in SAP project or service delivery, with a focus on SAP implementations, migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Prince2.

Skills :

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Proficiency in SAP R/3, ECC, S/4 Hana, and public/private cloud environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with end-to-end S/4 Hana Greenfield Implementations.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with third-party vendor management and liaison
