Job Title : Microsoft Developer & Support

Experience : 8-9 years

Location : Based in India with 80% travel to Dubai.

Job Summary :

As a Microsoft Developer & Support professional, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting software solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications and provide technical support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, and SQL Server.

- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

- Monitor and maintain existing applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Integrate Microsoft applications with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and support processes.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of applications.

- Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members, enhancing their understanding and usage of Microsoft applications.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience in software development and technical support, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.

Certifications :

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.

Skills :

- Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, ASP. NET, and SQL Server.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud computing.

- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g , Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).

- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SharePoint
