Job Description
Design : Develop detailed Design & Drawings including equipment selection, prepare Tender documents, BOQ of Commercial & Residential projects.
Execution: Experience of Execution of HVAC equipment, piping, ducting. Control panels etc. for Commercial & Residential Projects.
Collaborate with PMCs and site team to ensure the correct specification and time lines.
Knowledge: Up to date with latest HVAC technologies, Codes related to HVAC, Market Rate, DSR Rate and Rate Analysis.
Work Experience : 10-15 Years Experience in designing and planning of Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation &Refrigeration System.
