Senior Design Engineer

Position Summary:

As a key member of the Struthers Wells product line engineering team, Senior design Engineer will be responsible for mechanical design of Heat Exchangers, Waste Heat Boilers and other related equipment. The incumbent will also be responsible for the full design of equipment, develop Bill of Materials and work closely with global sourcing and proposal teams.

Required skills and experience:

1. Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

2. 5 - 15 years experience in design and drafting of Heat Exchangers

3. Exposure to fabrication and welding requirements of Pressure equipment.

4. Knowledge in ASME BPVC Sec VIII Div 1 & 2 and TEMA

5. Good experience in Codeware ® COMPRESS or PV-Elite and Autodesk ® AutoCAD

6. Autodesk ® Inventor Knowledge is preferable

7. Demonstrated ability to schedule, manage, prioritize, and execute assignments.

8. Good interpersonal communication skills
