Hiring For Manual with Automation Testing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Manual with Automation Tester to join our testing team. In this role, you will be responsible for both manual and automated testing of software applications to ensure the highest level of quality. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs and issues, as well as design and execute test cases to maintain the functionality and reliability of the software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for functional and regression testing using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, etc.).
• Perform automated test execution and analyze results.
• Review and improve test scripts and processes continuously to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation.
• Report and escalate critical issues to the development team and work with them to resolve.
• Participate in test planning and status meetings.
• Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques (e.g., functional, regression, integration, etc.).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with performance testing and tools like JMeter.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
