Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC IRM Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) in ServiceNow, with strong hands-on experience in scripting and integrations. This role will be responsible for leading the ServiceNow GRC and IRM implementation, managing configurations, and driving continuous improvements in the platform's risk management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules, including Risk, Audit, Policy, Compliance, and Incident Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address GRC and IRM requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI to meet GRC and IRM requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts (e.g., Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.) for ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Lead the integration of ServiceNow GRC with other IT systems and platforms (e.g., external risk tools, CMDB, and ticketing systems).
- Drive automation of risk management processes, enhancing efficiency and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for GRC and IRM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GRC configurations, scripting, and integrations.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation for users and administrators on ServiceNow GRC functionalities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing regular reports and recommending improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and ServiceNow platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of overall experience, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC and IRM.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Policy, Compliance, Audit, Incident Management).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools (via APIs, Web Services, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of GRC frameworks, risk management processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC or similar certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for ServiceNow development.
