Role Description:

- We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5-8 years of SAP system configuration experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver solutions independently.

- This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in SAP FI-CO modules, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial and accounting processes.

- The consultant will be responsible for tasks related to CO-PA, Business Process, Analytical Skills, Finance, and SAP FICO on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L3-level support, independently designing and delivering solutions with minimal supervision.

- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP FI-CO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering hands-on management of SAP configuration tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and support SAP functionalities in areas including:

a. Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

b. General Ledger (GL)

c. Fixed Assets

d. Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting

e. Sales Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) processes

f. Bank Communication and Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) integration

- Provide insights and support for intercompany processes and ensure compliance with Sales and Use Tax/VAT regulations.

- Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating solutions and articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.

Technical Expertise:

- Proven experience in SAP FI-CO module configuration and working knowledge of related processes.

- Familiarity with intercompany processes, VAT regulations, and tax compliance is preferred.

Communication Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.

Soft Skills:

- Analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax/VAT compliance.

- Familiarity with cross-module integration and a comprehensive understanding of financial operations in SAP.
