Manager - Marketing - Media (5-7 yrs)

We are looking for an analytical, data-driven individual to help plan and execute the media strategy for company across 360 media channels (Print, OOH, TV, Digital, Innovations).

The ideal candidate will have experience in media-management for ecommerce players, along with a proven track record in delivering successful, result oriented media campaigns.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and agility to optimize plans to deliver results.

Qualification Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in media planning. (Media agency & digital marketing experience is a plus)

- Proven experience in 360 media management for brands - ideally in the ecommerce / retailer domain.

- Ability to assess impact of spends, analyse data and derive actionable insights & recommendations

- Ability to understand audience needs and behaviours across platforms /devices / content and translate this into strategic thinking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description :

- You will be the primary SPOC managing company media agency, and planning media investments.

- Devise 360 media plans & investments for big-bet campaigns Evaluate investments on different national & regional media channels basis company audience demographic & campaign objectives.

- Plan media inventory & strategy to attain aforementioned objectives.

- Media Execution Execute successful delivery of all MRs for respective channels.

This includes end to end ownership of all processes - Estimates, PIs, POs, MR requirements, Budgeting, Asset Delivery per MR, Campaign Tracking & Reporting

- Media Tracking Track results from media spends during & after campaigns.

- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results -

Ongoing Media Opportunity Scoping Interact with the media agency at an ongoing basis to map competitor campaigns, scope avenues for media-investments, stay abreast with media innovations & plan ongoing media investments for company
