Backend Engineer - Spring Boot/Hibernate (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs.

- Implement business logic and integrate with various internal and external systems.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of code quality.

- Contribute to the design and architecture of backend systems, considering factors like scalability, performance, and security.

- Implement appropriate design patterns and best practices.

- Collaborate with other engineers to ensure seamless integration of backend components.

- Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing.

- Proactively identify and address potential bugs and issues.

- Deploy and maintain backend systems in production environments.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Contribute to the improvement of deployment and maintenance processes.

- Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in agile development methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.

- Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Utilize relevant Java frameworks and libraries (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
