Key Responsibilities;
- Identify, research, and prioritize potential B2B partners (OEMs, NBFCs).
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise with partners.
- Manage partner onboarding and integration processes.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure successful partnership launches.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Proactively identify and address partner needs and concerns.
- Foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment with partners.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing B2B partnerships, preferably in the EV or Fintech space.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the EV and Fintech ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email drafting and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM and other sales-related tools
