Overall Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate QA to lead our automation testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in automation scripting, a deep understanding of testing strategies, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring the successful delivery of quality assurance processes.

 

Responsibilities: 

Lead automation testing efforts by developing and maintaining test scripts for complex applications.

Analyze project requirements to suggest appropriate test strategies and test plans tailored for larger, complex projects.

Oversee data migration testing projects, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the migration process.

Manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, support, and status reporting to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the software development lifecycle.

 

Software Requirements: 

Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, TestNG, JUnit).

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.

Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Automation Testing:

Hands-on experience in scripting for automation testing.

Ability to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.

Data Migration:

Experience in data migration projects, including data validation and quality assurance.

Team Management:

Proven ability to manage and lead a team of QA professionals effectively.

 

Experience: 

Minimum of 4 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on complex projects.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality testing outcomes in a timely manner.

 

Day-to-Day Activities: 

Develop and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks for ongoing projects.

Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans and strategies.

Manage the QA team, providing mentorship and support as needed.

Conduct regular status meetings to report progress, issues, and updates to stakeholders.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
