Job Description
Understanding the customer requirements and specifications
Reviewing customer complaints, in process deviations and preparing corrective preventive actions in coordination with CFT
Ensuring the Planning conducting of internal audits, NCs closure and conducting MRM in compliance with FSSC standards.
Coordinating with External/ third party laboratories for External lab analysis regarding analysis and reports as per customer specific and standards requirements.
Implementing and maintaining the GMP, GHP in the plant and GLP in the Lab.
Ensuring skill competence of Team and to train the gaps identified.
Ensuring pest control, calibration, maintenance and other PRPs.
Ensuring compliance of QA activities, usage of SAP.
Conducting HACCP reviews and updation of process product specifications, SOPs test methods as per new methods requirements.
