Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Execution
   
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules and budgets for high-rise and luxury real estate developments.
• Establish planning methodologies and tools to ensure project efficiency and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
2. Project Coordination
   
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors to align planning processes with project goals.
• Monitor and manage resource allocation to ensure seamless project execution.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Process Improvement
   
• Implement best practices in project planning to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Leverage data analytics to improve forecasting and decision-making.
• Review and update planning protocols based on project learnings and industry trends.
4. Team Leadership
   
• Mentor and guide the planning team to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Ensure the teams alignment with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify upskilling opportunities for the team.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline from a Tier 1 institute.
• 10+ years of proven experience in planning for high-rise and luxury real estate projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, construction methodologies, and luxury project standards.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
