Team Lead - Backend Development (6-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor a growing team of developers, fostering collaboration innovation, and continuous learning.

- Backend Development : Architect and develop high-performance web applications using Node.js and NestJS.

- Database Management : Design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL and MySQL for scalability and performance.

- Microservices Architecture : Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance microservices (preferred experience).

- Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers (working with React) to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

- Quality & Performance : Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and following best practices.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick, efficient solutions.

- Innovation : Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to keep the platform innovative.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership/mentoring role.

Core Technologies :

- Node.js and NestJS (mandatory)

- PostgreSQL and MySQL (mandatory)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Microservices Architecture.

- Front-end experience with React.

- Leadership : Proven ability to lead teams, make technical decisions, and communicate effectively.
