As an Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues
from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include

Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business processes and
requirements related to pricing, quoting, and product configuration. Conduct user interviews, workshops,
and document analysis to gather comprehensive requirements.
Business Process Analysis Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps,
inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to define and document
optimized business processes that align with Salesforce capabilities.
Solution Design Translate business requirements into a comprehensive functional design that leverages
Salesforce functionality. Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and developers to ensure that the
proposed solution meets business needs and aligns with best practices.
Documentation Create detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and
other documentation to communicate requirements and solution design to stakeholders, developers, and
other project team members.
Configuration and Customization Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and developers to
configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Testing and Quality Assurance Collaborate with business users to conduct user acceptance testing and
ensure that the solution meets the defined requirements.
Training and Support Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, processes,
and best practices. Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support during and
after the implementation.
Change Management Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change and ensure smooth adoption of
the Salesforce solution. Develop change management plans, conduct impact assessments, and
communicate changes to end-users.
Data Management Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and complete data migration from
legacy systems to Salesforce . Define data mapping, cleansing, and validation requirements to ensure data
integrity.
Knowledge on JIRA / Azure Devops / Service now.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Ensure Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards and security protocols.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical
stakeholders.
Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team
collaboration.
