As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive endtoend organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

*Responsibilities
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, experience.
Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation, with a strong understanding of data security and privacy standards.
Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, configuration, security, reporting, and integration
Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions, with a focus on cloudbased HR information systems, contact center technology, selfservice tools, and artificial intelligence platforms, that drive business value and improve the employee experience.
Indepth knowledge of HR operations management policies and practices, including benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, employee support, and executive services.
5 years in a senior leadership role in HRMS/HRIS Administration with Workday.

*Mandatory skill sets
Good to have Certification in Workday HCM and other specialized modules

*Preferred skill sets
Knowledge and experience in Workday HCM Integration

*Years of experience required
Should have relevant experience of 7+ years as workday exp in any of the enterprise solutions in ERP/ CRM and HRMS space
Should have more than overall 10+ years of experience of working in such
large project implementation/support projects

*Education Qualification
BE/BTech /MBA
Desirable workday HCM certification
