Job Description: Performance Test Lead_Senior Associate

Performance Leads Strategic ● Partner with Application, Delivery, and Infrastructure Architects to collaborate on recommendations and fine tuning opportunities' and provide input into autoscaling recommendations. ● Driving and coordinating the implementation and execution of performance standards and best practices across applications. ●Lead a group of performance test engineers, coach and mentor the team on day to day activities including using monitoring tools to do bottleneck analysis.

Tactical

Demonstrate knowledge on high level design of application architecture to create detailed performance test strategy. ● Over 6-7 years experience and proficiency with performance tools JMeter, Blazemeter and Load runner. ● Over 3 years and more hands on experience with monitoring tools like Data Dog, App insights, Splunk to help the teams with bottleneck analysis and fine tuning recommendations. ● Experience with mobile performance testing tools like Headspin is a nice to have ● Responsible for planning performance testing with project/product teams as a core element of pre-production testing. ● Leverage performance monitoring tools to analyze bottlenecks and provide recommendations ● Work closely with the DevOps/production support team to create workload model patterns for load emulation similar to production. ● Collaboration with the project/product teams to incorporate performance testing as a practice. ● Day to day management of the vendor teams to ensure performance testing and execution are being performed smoothly. ● Driving and coordinating the implementation and execution of performance standards and best practices across applications
