Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades on the SAP HANA platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc) to meet business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure highquality deliverables.
- Provide expertise in SAP HANA functionalities and capabilities, advising on best practices and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems.
- Provide training and support to endusers and other team members.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and configurations.
Mandatory skill sets
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Proven experience with SAP HANA, including at least [X] full lifecycle implementation(s).
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and management accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules (eg, MM, SD, PP).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certification in FICO and/or HANA is a plus.
Preferred skill sets
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management.
- Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP environments.
