HR SPOC (Manager HRBP)

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Budget vs. Actual: Monitoring and maintaining manpower costs in alignment with the budget.
2. Personnel Cost Management: Driving cost-effective HR initiatives without compromising employee welfare.
3. Employee Grievance Management: Addressing and resolving employee concerns promptly to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
4. Payroll Management: Ensuring error-free attendance records and seamless payroll processing.
5. Employee Retention: Developing and implementing strategies to maintain attrition levels below 60% annualized per site.
6. Pipeline Building for Critical Roles: Ensuring a robust talent pipeline for critical roles based at cinemas.
7. Full and Final Settlements: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of FnF cases and minimizing rejections.
8. Exit Formalities: Handling smooth transitions for outgoing employees, including exit interviews and documentation.
9. HR Business Partnering: Collaborating with regional stakeholders to align HR objectives with business goals.
10. Joining Formalities: Overseeing timely completion of joining formalities, including offer letters, employee codes, medi-claim/ESIC cards, uniforms, and ID cards.
11. HRIS & HRMS Management: Maintaining up-to-date HRIS data and ensuring timely HRMS enrolment and deactivation.
12. Compliance Management: Managing compliance-related surveys, inspections, and notices.
13. Audit and Reporting: Preparing and submitting comprehensive audit reports, ratings, and regular MIS to HR SPOC.
