All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by PVH and its affiliates in the US and other markets with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Heritage Brands globally. The position in this job description provides support on all Logistics activities (both import & export) in different ship modes
Reporting to Director, Logistics. This role will be responsible to facilitate the accurate and timely shipment arrangement from various origins to APAC markets, in compliance with company standards and government agencies.
Shipping, Freight and 3PL Management
Shipment management of PVH brands from sourcing origins to all markets
Vendor management (Factory and Service Provider): Support team lead to monitor On Time Delivery, Transit time under different ship mode
Work with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure timely submission of full sets of documentation for import clearance purposes in reducing clearance lead times
Follow up with vendors on the FTA Certificate of Origin documents preview & availability for optimizing duty savings
Evaluate all Vendor and 3PL transportation documentation and conduct audits for clearance of all vendor invoices for payment & freight bill audit
Follow up and address with Vendor and 3PL on incorrect or missing EDI messaging to ensure data integrity in systems.
Monitor and assist in troubleshooting EDI transactions, identifying and resolving any errors or discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure a smooth flow of information
Be responsible for Data Integrity in the systems. Ensure Infor Nexus milestones are updated timely to provide single point of truth for shipment tracking
Support in KPI reporting Origin Dwell time, Transit time under different ship modes
Liaise with different business units to resolve any issues related to Shipment booking, Cargo handover, EDI/ASN, Labelling, Vendor non compliance
Follow up and support resolution of claims with 3PL
SOP update (vendors & service providers)
Follow up and support any product non-compliance like ticketing, data issue & quality claims
REPORTING AND DATA MANAGEMENT
Record management: Compile periodical shipment reports & ensure data integrity in SAP
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Ability to work/communicate with all levels of the organization
