Preferred Candidate Profile:

• M.sc Organic Chemistry
• M.sc Analytical Chemistry
• Ph.D/Doctorate in any specification

Role & responsibilities

• Should have leadership qualities to handle his/her team.
• Should have preparedness for learning and accept challenges.
• Should be capable to work under stress and be multi-tasking.
• Should be familiar with ISO 17025:2017 Quality Management system and its implementation.
• Should have hand on practical experience on Analytical Instruments like GC, HPLC, UV-VIS Spectro, ICP-OES, Atomic Absorption spectrometer etc. and conventional equipment.
• Should be capable of taking care of calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Should be familiar with documentation, report preparation and record keeping.
• Should have analytical approach of the situation.
• To identify causes of non-conformities and take necessary corrective actions to remove the cause.
• To identify training needs of employees for the management system.
• Capability to provide training to juniors/ new joiners.
• Capability of Analytical Method development and validation independently.
• Literature survey for new developments and execution.
