Senior Research Analyst

Role & responsibilities :-

Senior Research Associate is responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products meet the required quality standards through the validation of analytical methods and routine quality testing. The role involves developing, validating, and implementing analytical methods, as well as supporting routine quality control operations. The Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements and effective communication within the team.

• Method Validation:
• Develop, validate, and document analytical methods for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Prepare and review method validation protocols and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA).
• Analyze validation data to ensure methods are accurate, precise, specific, and robust.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a Quality Control & Research associate role within the pharmaceutical industry, with specific experience in method validation.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical Research & Development or Quality Control
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Team Collaboration & team handling.
