Role Overview:

- Join our Operations team to leverage data-driven insights, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency:

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and drive operational improvements.

- Analyze data using SQL, Python, and Excel for reporting and decision-making.

- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and more.

- Identify trends and patterns to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements from various stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and technology teams. Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Use data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful information from data.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose solutions to streamline operations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions to address business needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. Develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process maps, and user manuals.

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations.

- Provide support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement. Track key metrics and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven

environment. Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).

- Familiarity with business process modeling tools is a plus.

- Understanding of business processes and operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.

- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage their expectations.

- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and principles.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business, data science, or related field.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.

- Experience with visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
